Barbara Schipper brings more than 25 years of leadership and management experience in both government and commercial business.
Ms. Schipper currently provides direction for SilTek’s operations and oversight for the development of Federal budgeting systems, systems development, geographic information systems (GIS), consulting services, business solutions, corporate operations, task performance, client management and other key projects.
As a corporate officer, she is responsible for corporate operations and human resources, and is a member of the Board of Directors. She manages a technical staff of analysts and programmers who conduct full life-cycle development activities for SilTek's clients. Activities include monitoring task progress and schedule adherence, quality assurance, preparing management reports, developing technical and cost proposals for time and material (T&M) tasks, staffing, marketing and extensive client interaction.
Dr. Eric Zelsdorf brings more than 25 years of diverse technology expertise in support of the company's strategic direction.
Dr. Zelsdorf leads SilTek’s technical practice. Eric brings curiosity and vision, along with expertise in systems engineering, cognitive science, statistics, and information technology to drive the delivery of complex technology and analytics programs for clients in nearly every industry. Eric is passionate about improving people’s lives through the application of both cognitive science and computer technology. He maintains deep knowledge of enterprise and solutions architecture, governance, program management support, systems design and implementation, service oriented architecture (SOA) design, information assurance, accreditation and integration.
Eric architected Aquifer, the first "out-of-the-box" service oriented architecture built on a Windows platform, and now integrates elements of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning applied to SilTek’s diverse client base.
Dr. Zelsdorf earned his BS in Chemistry and an MS in Systems Engineering from George Washington University and a doctorate in cognitive psychology.

She is responsible for the management of the entity’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical activities; ensuring alignment of financial plan within the company's vision and strategy; she provides analysis of actual result comparatives to plan, identifying business trends, and developing and measuring key metrics to track progress against short and long-term financial objectives. She manages and delivers analyses and reports in a concise and efficient format while also aligning organizational objectives and priorities with long-term strategy, effectively communicating the strategy and priorities to the broader organization;
Barbara facilitates the presentation and endorsement of all strategic and business development opportunities with executive management and owners, and evaluates and identifies possible partnerships and activities that support the corporation’s strategy and financial targets.
